  • You can cancel anytime before the next billing cycle.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Scribbyo to:

  • Generate or distribute hate speech, illegal, defamatory, or harmful content

  • Violate intellectual property rights

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the platform

  • Mislead others or manipulate AI outputs for fraudulent purposes

Violations may result in immediate account suspension.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, software, and technology within Scribbyo remain the exclusive property of Webmatia Ltd.
You retain ownership of your original inputs and generated outputs, subject to model limitations.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Scribbyo uses artificial intelligence to generate content.
While we strive for accuracy and originality, we do not guarantee factual correctness, copyright clearance, or suitability of generated material.

You are solely responsible for verifying and legally using the generated content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Scribbyo and Webmatia Ltd are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms

  • Engage in misuse or abuse of the service

  • Fail to pay or renew your subscription

You may terminate anytime by deleting your account.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Disputes shall be handled exclusively in the competent courts of London, UK.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Scribbyo after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
